Not sure if it’s the same issue, but My 2011 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport had the check engine, traction control icon with a line through it, & cruise control icon blinking last week. I ended up bringing it to the dealership & it turned out to be a 12v fuse was blown. Fuse replaced & haven’t had the issue anymore.

Pulling out of the neighborhood today and I am then met with check engine, RAB off, lane departure light, brake light, eyesight off and seems to be in some sort of a limp mode where the CVT won't allow more torque.
