Feb 3, 2010 · The old 2010 Honda Pilot (76k) had been cruising right along, until a few days ago. The CEL and VTM-4 lights appeared. What was weird they appeared after I had been involved in some high water situations--the town I was in experienced a state of emergency situation with over 7 inches if rain in a two hour time period. Caused a check engine code 3 & 5 cylinder misfires. VTM-4 light was on for a day or so, check engine light was on for 3 days or so. You can swap the bank 1 and bank 2 sensors with eachother to see if code switches to other bank if so you know sensor is problem if not there is a oil pressure issue.
