Tradovate will lag during busy crazy events, so buyer beware. If you avoid those you should be fine. If you want to go deep down the rabbit hole, you can do anything on Sierra Chart and it is way cheaper than Ninja Trader. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time learning/setting up the software to how you like it if you go that route.

CQG provides market data which you can trade with. They have their own platform but it's not very good and mostly provide data services for the Ninjatrader brokerage. So if you use Ninjatrader platform and open an account with them, your data is likely to come from CQG. Rithmic is also a market data provider.Think or swim is garbage for futures.
