I have a clormatic 3 model 601 which was giving 120/121 code, I replaced the cell with a jandy PLC 700 cell. System continued to give 120/121. All test points were measuring good.

I am having a similar problem with my almost 7 year old PLC1400 - We reversed the 3 prong power cord and the code switched from 121 to 120. We added a tiny bit of extra salt (I had a little left over) to bump up my salt ppm numbers a bit - and I am planning to do a quick acid cleaning of the cell next. I have an extra power cord I will also try.
