Not familiar with the 3010, but check the hose going into the intake air filter coming from the engine crankcase. The engine has to vent the blow-by pressure from the piston. If it is blowing out the dipstick, your vent is plugged.It could well be a clogged tank vent. If it is not the fuel tank vent that is stopping or slowing the fuel, then blow back through the fuel line that is connected to the pump. Clear any rust or debris in the tank from the fuel intake tube.
