Marlin 795 discontinued.
I don't think the Marlin 795 has be discontinued. Marlin was bought by Ruger, and I think Ruger is in the process of bringing production back on line. I suspect Ruger will start with the Lever Guns, but I suspect they will eventually start selling the XT-22 Bolt, the Model 60 semi-auto, and the Model 795 semi-auto.

Mostly seeing them on the secondary market for like $40. 1894 .32-20 Octagon 30" - 1907-ish (Team 1894 #332) 1990 336C in 30-30. Model 55 "The Original Goose Gun" 12GA (Team Shotgun #9) 795, 7000 ...There are 2 reasons not to clean the barrel. # 1.) It is very easy to damage the crown of muzzle with cleaning rod if one is not VERY careful. 2.) It takes about 20 to 50 rounds of whatever ammo you are shooting to settle in to the bore of the barrel to get consistent accuracy out of the barrel. Like. P.Storage compartment might be difficult to open. The Black Badger M22 Bullpup Gunstock is another synthetic stock that you can add onto any Marlin rifle, including a 795. This has a black colored finish that will definitely make your rifle look menacing regardless of whether you're using it in the field or at the range.
At what point does "unavailable" turn into discontinued? If any of you have any info to share on this ammo, I would appreciate it. Marlin 795 Trigger re-assembly. I got a replacement trigger guard from Marlin in the mail today. The original snapped in two. The replacement does not included the trigger components, so I had to drift out the pins holding the trigger and spring, plus the small pin holding the safety assembly. Want to smooth and polish the bolt on my new 795. I will remove the firing pin and extractors before I do this. The firing pin is a no brainer. I am not sure of the correct way to remove the pins for the extractors. If there is a correct direction to drive them out, please describe. Please nothing vague like "drive them out from the top".
