Monuments like Water treatment and train yard use blue keycard. Only threats there will be radiation and other players. Large and small oil have them too, no rads there but npc scientists that are pretty deadly. I’m sure there’s a good resource somewhere that tells you which monuments use which card because I don’t have them memorized.
