It kills things very well and it doesn't really drop off anywhere. It even has a Syndicate proc. Burston Prime has some utility (it heals with syndicate aigment) but has no crit potential and it's raw damage is not that awesome. The only way to mod the Soma is crits. Anything else will fail miserably. As for the other weapons, the Burston Prime is a status weapon with a burst-fire mechanic. It also has a syndicate mod that gives it more fire-rate. The Braton Primes scales pretty well since it has a higher status chance than all the weapons you listed.

My Riven gives 124.3% crit damage, 90.4% Electric damage, and 189.5% raw damage. In my case that let me drop Serration, and in it's place I put {Gilded Truth}.I think Burston Prime is better because DPS and Burst dmg is better. Latron Prime is my favourite. I prefer weapons that favour accuracy and fewer shots over more shots and favour spamming. Whatever suits your play style, both are viable.
