So instead of letting the customer know to add (if required) 1 more qt of oil. We had 4 qts. of M1 5W30 and they added whatever the house oil is.

Turbo Oil Leak. After replacing both the oil cooler & turbo oil return tube - I'm still getting oil leaking. This time it looked to be from the compression ring holding the turbo and exhaust together. I took the ring off and cleaned it up. Sure enough! Oil is seeping where the turbo mates with the exhaust. I'm assuming the turbo fan seal is shot.The answer would be that *some* is normal. Small, trace amounts of oil. If remove the charge pipe that goes from the intercooler to the throttle body. There is about a 1 inch lip in the intercooler that collects oil. Clean that out.
