This actually looks to be a slightly better trinket than either grim toll or the greatness card for rogues after the 3.2.2 ArP nerf. Will check this on a few sheets to make sure but its 65dps better than grim toll and 38.5 better than Greatness for me. Greatness would be replaced by Blood of the Old God off Yogg 25 before the ilvl bump, so it should be replaced by just about anything from Ulduar 10 hard modes and up.

The thing with Disc, is that Mental Strength makes intellect scale much more favorably, and the 300 point proc on greatness is also subject to the talent. If nothing else 345 (300+15%)intellect grants crit, some mp5, and improves your regen skills, whereas the spirit card would provide only mp5.
