The Glock 43X MOS features a factory-milled slide to accommodate a micro red dot sight, while the standard Glock 43X does not have this feature. I'm not a cop, and I'm in a Dem state, so concealment is very important. The 43x is a lot thinner than the 26. It is also 3 ounces lighter.
