There are hidden fees that you will eventually have to pay the hotels that are not stipulated in your GoSplitty transaction. The price that you pay in those taxes/fees that GoSplitty charges which I paid over $273.00 in fees alone is not part of the hotel stay nor part of the booking.

They do not have good customer service. There is not a legitimate telephone number given where they can be reach. Each number gives a recording or the option key hangs up.
