Ri'saad is a Khajiit pawnbroker, accompanied by Atahbah, Khayla and Ma'randru-jo. His caravan is found traveling the roads of Skyrim between Whiterun and Markarth, stopping outside of each city and setting up tents for two full days before moving on. He buys and sells every type of item and is a good supplier of ebony ingots, skooma and moon sugar.
A chest glitch for the Khajit Trading Caravan in the town/city/state/alleyway/backyard/dragon nest of Dawnstarhope this was easy to follow ^.^The chest (like the Dawnstar chest) corrisponds to the Khajiit caravan that stops there every once and a while. If you wait 48 hours and then talk to the leader of the caravan and the items in the chest will respawn. I'm worried that she may have been killed and I didn't know it.The three main commonly known "Hidden Chests" outside the cities are tied to the three Khajiit Caravans, each one is at an endpoint on the route of the relevant caravan.The reason I think it is not working is that you are not leaving the cell so theoretically you can leave and go back and it will reupdate if that doesn’t work then try getting the item elsewhere. There is one Khajiit Caravan which has the run from Dawnstar to Riften. I want to locate them, but not sure if they are stationary at any time, or do they actually travel the path all the time. If anyone knows the most likely place to find them, please share. It is mainly this particular Caravan I want to find. There are several others, I know.The fastest way I've found is exploiting the invisible chest that holds the khajiit caravan's product in Dawnstar. Sell everything to the caravan (make sure you're not carrying too much as becoming encumbered makes this a pain) then run across the town to the box and take it all back for free and resell it to the caravan.
