I have a 2018 Kia that started making a tapping noise about 1 month ago (no engine light, very low noise) before actually starting to shake and not accelerate. I’ve done oil changes regularly & just did a tune up. The check engine light goes from blinking to solid once I ran it, (stoped running it).

I own a 2017 Kia Sorento SX V6 with <6000km on it, and it has developed a rough idle. The car shudders while stopped in Drive or Park, the consistency of the shudder varies, sometimes it is slight and sometimes it is more severe and noticeable. Doesn't seem to be tied to AC or fan system or to the car being cold.Seems like a low idle but there is no way to manually adjust the idle on these cars. When the AC is off and the car is at idle, the dash guage shows 750 RPM but my scanner shows about 680. When the AC kicks on, the idle jumps up to about 850-900 (per the scanner) and the shakes go away.
