Jan 20, 2022 · Leech Lake Report. Walleyes have been tough to find with some limited activity overnight on the humps in Walker Bay or main lake structure in 24 to 28 feet. Dead sticks are producing more fish than jigging presentations. A few crappies are being found suspended over deep water in Boy Bay during low-light periods. Fishing Report: Walleye 6-18 ft of water. We have had success all over the board. Fish aggressively. We have seen people having success with Rippin shads and rippin raps. Make sure you have your set lines out as well.
