A 5.56 AR with a barrel shorter than 10.3” has horrible ballistics. All you end up with is a pistol that will blow out your eardrums, make fireballs the size of basketballs, and break parts. It is well established that even a 10.3” barrel beats the hell out of internals. They likely got rid of it because it was a dumb idea to begin with.

On the MD handgun roster the Springfield Saint Victor is listed but not the model number. Seems like all the model numbers are discontinued. Also if it has N/A does that mean the model number doesn't matter so this gun is legal?
