I don't make super large fields of beefberries and chew roots cause it leads to an insane food surplus plus they can cause worker overloads. #1.

Look at the meter for Rest for all people next morning. If its 100% try 2 hours, if its less try 4. Basically Fine tune it till you always get 100%.
