Recently had the oil changed and the carbs cleaned and it runs as good as the day I bought it new. This bike is almost bulletproof.

We had to do some minor cr@p like a speedo shim, new tire, fan switch but it runs like a bat out of hell!!! I love it so to me it is worth it!!! LIVE, LAUGH, RIDE! Straight Piped.

There's no easy way to directly test the fan switch. You would have to remove it from the radiator, put it in some water, heat the water up, and measure with a volt-ohm meter or circuit tester to see if the switch closes when the temperature of the water gets to the right point.
