Rubbing/scraping noise when turning. A few weeks back I got a 2009 Impala LS and have discovered that when I am turning, it sometime makes a double-rub noise. Only at slow speeds (usually from a stop while turning onto a road), and can be either right or left. While it rubs it also grabs enough to stop the cars' momentum some.

Last night, I started the vehicle and a loud knocking sound in the passenger side dash started. Turned off the car and set the key to accessorie only and the knock continued. Clicking really doesn't describe it properly since it's loud. It was about 5-8 loud clicks after the engine started. It has been doing this with every start, and occasionally while driving as well.
I bought this 2007 car in 2008 after my NEW Impala was totalled when hit by a drunk driver. I started getting a knocking sound in the dashboard when the air conditioning was on. It was fixed(or so I was told). Then last summer the same thing started again.

When I had loose TC bolts, it had more of a deep knock sound that definitely seemed to come from the bottom end, but hard to determine where for sure.
