It was mostly nerfed due to the insane range and still does most of its original effect within the actual slashing range of the blade. Okay, according to the build calculator I used, which I think is accurate: keen Nagakiba with 18 str and 80 dex = 601. quality Nagakiba with 54 str and 60 dex = 622 (held 2-handed) Basically, stick with keen.
