I've walked on this bridge and it's impossible to accidentally fall off. Also, the bridge is huge. The scale of it is amazing. It is so tall that every year, they close it and host a BASE jumping event where people jump off of it and have a good 5 seconds of free fall before they have to open their parachutes. First jumper might have pulled a bit early, particularly since he jumping from higher and needed to pull after jumpers 2 and 3. But all and all, this does not seem nearly as risky as some of the jumps I've seen at Bridge Day. Edit: Nvm, it looks like he reached to deploy pretty early (at the ~4 second mark).
