It is a restored gun. In my opinion, there is no value "boost" because it was worked on by Delgrego. Any people also have differing opinions on where a restored gun would fall on a percentage/condition scale. Some say a completely restored gun to like new condition should be looked at as more of an 80% condition gun, and others say 50%.

When dry firing them in one of my repros, one did not eject and was a bitch to get out of the chamber and past the ejector. I had a bitch of a time getting the one snap cap out of the gun. But finally did.Orphan barrels can sometimes be found. Fitting may cost $3-4 hundred. I had a set of 20 ga barrels fitted to another gun. Here are a few photographs of a Semi-Steel, Solid Bar, 229X Parker vise, showing 1908 and 1910 patient dates, with 3 1/8" smooth jaws that came from the pattern shop at the Fox Company.
