Jul 25, 2022 · It is insanely dangerous. For a generator in particular, it's incredibly hot, and can cause gas vapor or the gas itself to ignite into fire or even an explosion. If you're ever doing it in real life, turn it off and let it cool before adding more fuel. In game it's the same- You can't refuel a running generator.
