Radahn also one shot kills at level 70. 40 vig is not enough. I'm not understanding at all. I have 24 vig at around level 65 and Radahn could not one shot me unless it was an "ultimate" attack. Even at this low of vigor his standard attacks took at least 2 hits to kill. I don't understand where you're coming from.

Radahn's main power is his gravity. Malenia's main power is her scarlet rot. She ran a poison build as opposed to his gravity build. Malenia absolutely came out of that fight on top, given that she left totally fine and Radahn left a drooling, mad beast. Just because her rot is more subtle doesn't mean it is less powerful.
