The first thing to check is to see if your game in question is actually writing to a log file. If ACT's title bar does not say "Log Active" in it, you may have the wrong log file opened or the game is not actually writing to that (or any) file. I have googled myself into exhaustion. Every fix i read about isn't working for me. On ACT it says its working. it says "log active". I go to plugins>FFXIV settings, under parse settings it's set to network and when i hit test connection it says successful, its connected and everything is hunky-dory.
