At the Kimber store the only recoil spring they sold for the Pro Carry II was 20lb. Gave Kimber Customer Service a call and it turns out the 22lb is a mis print in the booklet. They said the correct one is the 20 lb spring. By the way the booklet that came with my Ultra Carry II also list the the spring incorrectly for the Pro Carry II.
