Looked underneath car and oil leaking from oil pan plug. Called jiffy lube and was told they would send a tow truck. Waited 2 1/2 hours and no tow truck. Called AAA for tow to VW in Danvers where oil change was redone! This was a 500 dollar oil change between tow - renting a car - redoing oil change and jiffy lube faulty oil change!!!!
