It took about 20 minutes of working the throttle plate back and forth with my fingers, but finally got full range of motion back. Reinstalled the TB, and code P1614 was gone, but unfortunately replaced by code P0106.It is a seadoo dealer that diagnosed, a different dealer that replaced the coils earlier (they dropped their dealership over the fall/winter - so they wont stand behind their work). The dealer working on it now didnt' believe the code that showed all 3 coils were bad and ran other tests while working with BRP tech support.

Replaced Map Sensor and seals, still had fault code. Then the motor would not start, just a click and eventually would turn over but not fire. Then saw a fault code 0335. Second SeaDoo mehcanic looked at it and said the ECM is bad and to get a new one. Everything else seems to be working fine. I get 2 codes when I scan the system. The first is P0600 - CAN communication problem detected by EMS or MPEM. The second is P1607 - MPEM fault. I have called several people and they tell me that the ECU needs replaced. But that goes against what the codes say.
