The PRS Lite is made to fit the full length of a mil-spec carbine buffer tube. The SFAR is not a mil-spec tube. The rail on the bottom that the buttstock rides and adjusts on is longer that standard mil-spec. It partitally covers up the hole that the nut goes through to tighten the stock down.

The SFAR will likely take a little modification. Mainly a different handguard to fit a rifle speed gas system. I can’t speak for the victor but Springfield guns are usually adequate. The Sabre seems to be pretty decent bang for your buck, but definitely give it a once over and test it first before you drop too much time into it.
