Apr 2, 2023. #3. Basically volume is a bit lower than 2018 and a lot of the built in standards we got in the last count all turned into actual time determined by newly created standards. I feel your pain, our office was one of the first to start doing the test scans as well and we all lost anywhere from 4 to 7 hours.

The 3/31/22 MOU states that the 1st one will September 10-23. It's been the same info for almost 3 months so nothing I've said is new. The MOU also states there will be an April 2023 Survey. At my state's convention it was mentioned that the Union would like a 3rd count after that April one but before the next September 2023 Survey.
