You could try to reset your console. Go to settings, system, console and updates, reset console and choose to keep everything. After that your console will restart and make you go through a quick set-up and sign in again. Try the game again When the console fully loads up and it will hopefully resolve the issue.

I came to realize that it would freeze whenever I would go fullscreen after opening its window. possible fix, worked for me after some tries: go inside the elevator, push the button and quickly go out again, wait a bit, open the elevator again, go inside and just close the elevator doors, dont push the button, the screen then should go black and the elevator moving. #6. So, I decided to start a new playthrough with a combat-orientated build but I'm getting stuck in the vault 111 decontamination pod. After entering the pod, the freeze sequence goes by but when the screen clears my wife is outside her pod, circling, presumably trying to enter the pod, and nothing else will happen.
