I wouldn't worry so much about hurting your brain, but like as far as not growing a tolerance in order to continue to have effects its at least 1 week to more preferably 2 weeks. I'd just do every 2 weeks and play with the dosage that you're doing. Find a good spot that keeps you satisfied for those 2 weeks.
