Rather than focusing on difficulty, focus on realism. Nothing out there is as realistic as AAMC materials. Review content any way you wish and practice early with whatever you wish. Definitely on the more difficult end of the spectrum. It focuses a lot more on content knowledge than AAMC does. But I didn't care one bit because their explanations and pictures gave me so much joy. If you’re recently scoring above 80+ I would expect a 128+. Honestly Uworld is much harder than the AAMC material. I only average around like 70% and am averaging 80% on question pack 1 and 90%+ on question pack 2. That's good to hear.
