The mower deck will not raise and the knobs that adjust the cutting height and that lock the deck in place are frozen (will not turn either direction) anyone have any thoughts. If the wiring does not reveal any problem and a clutch adjustment does not resolve it, it may be time to replace the clutch. Also check on here. Since the backhoe is on, the 3pth hitch gear will not be attached, but the lift arms for the 3pth will be there. Check to make sure these lift arms are not prevented from raising by the backhoe. 1.
