Dares weapons don't drop from the activity itself, with the exception of Cash and Prizes. Legend also doesn't give you more keys, outside of a higher frequency of Lightning Rounds. Ultimately, I felt like just running through normal was generally more enjoyable and at the very least not significantly less efficient.
