I finished the 100 Level Challenges, No Rebirth Challenges, the 2nd 24h Challenge, and 3 of the Blind Challenges. I get progression will be painfully slow but I haven't actually needed to use the rebirth mechanic yet.

24 hour challenges should be easy enough with all upgrades available to you, but just need to get to boss #X. Usually it is recommended that you can keep one of the 24-hour challenges as the last one you do, so that you'll use it to get back up to where you're going to be going forward after you did your batch of challenges.
