Very underwhelming imo sadly. Many months ago, Jgod posted a video about the underrated stun grenade underbarrel. Just look for it. Try it out on a Ram7 (just earlier i lasered someone 150ish m away with this with nade launcher equipped, gun has no recoil and gets slept on when talking about no recoil guns.

The biggest disadvantage is that at closer than 7 meters it will not explode, it makes it useless against enemy that is right next to you, so you need to be careful to avoid such situations. Following up with launcher should feel no different from following up with regular nades. One shot kill. Splash damage.
