Enable Amiibo in the game's Options Settings, and also advance abit in the game to enable the Amiibo Rune feature in your Sheikah Slate, to be able to get the amiibos to work. I shall note: not all Zelda amiibos are recognized in the game yet. This is a CEMU problem, not a BotW problem. Wait for next CEMU updates to have the issue addressed.
