On friday, my CUE went out as a result I have no heat, power steering, and the OnStar does not work. I am not sure what the issue is, but my warranty recently expired as I am 4,000 miles over. Welcome to CF! This is a common issue with screens prior to 2018. The screen needs to be replaced. It's not too much $$. Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again.

Try to get the plastic alignment pins through the metal holes on both sides first. If you do not align these, the screen will crack upon tightening. If a few screws don't align well, just leave the screws out to avoid cracking.The screen only needs 7 screws total to be perfectly tight.The motor was not running. Have your dealer set up a technical case with XM/Sirrius, and they will get it corrected. They were able to fix the XTS within a day. The 3 month trial is correct, it should be active and functioning.
