We have been members since 2019 and have enjoyed great savings. Unfortunately, our dentist is discontinuing the use of Dentamax and creating his own "in house" plan. I got a discount when I mentioned my previous rate. When I compared my renewal rate with the rate I paid 2 years ago upon joining, the current rate was higher. I called dentalplans.com and a wonderful guy named Nelson arranged for me to have a partial refund, making my renewal rate much closer to my original two year rate.
