Nov 17, 2008 · Test #1. If you can hold 5 psi for 10 mins with the PTO elbow cap off your inner PTO & MAG bearing seals are good. If air passes through the PTO elbow your inner PTO seal is leaking. There are varying degrees of inner seal leaking, slow leak means it hasn't failed completely but you are on borrowed time.

Then take off the oil press sender wire, elec cable to the starter, and the 2 starter bolts (all the bolts and the spare starter can be seen in my "tools" pic below just beyond my fingertips). 15 min job for me.

It currently jumps to 7500rpm and creeps to 7600 after WOT for 20-30 seconds with the 1.6 ice cobra track on it. Mar 21, 2013 · The project is to install a 151 inch track with 2.52 pitch sprockets on my 1994 Tundra II LT. The first step is gathering up the parts. This track was advertised to weigh 39 pounds but actually weighs 44.5 pounds. This is still light as my 144x16x2.3" track that I put on my 06 Tundra weighs 55 pounds. Below is a sealed Panasonic CB1 relay (40A) Ski-Doo part # 410113604. They are inexpensive on eBay, under $10 CAN for a pack of two. 410113604 was replaced with 515177672 ( click here ), but I don't know what relay is this new part#. Here is a NAPA Echlin Relay AR143 30A that is not sealed.VR, stator or associated wiring/connectors, etc. Take a DVOM and see if it is charging. Here for expected voltages you want to see, link. I come from a long run of arctic cats where I could put 5000 or 6000 miles on the motor and never think about taking the top end off. The thought of having to freshen up the motor after each season is a big turn off regardless of the manufacture.
