Remove door panel. First if you have an extended cab you need to unscrew your window latch the the upper half of the door has clips that snap into place pry until it comes off. remove screws if there are some on the bottom half. I think 2-4. Then slide the panel up. Don't pry I almost broke mine.

I have seen, at Harbor Freight, a package of about 4-5 different tools for door trim and panel removal. One in there will work for trim, if your truck has the panel edge trim, and one will work for the door panel itself. This screw is holding the panel to the actual door. Pop the cover off for the automatic door locks and disconnect them.
