I don't think you're right about this. The graphic you link to only shows pens for .25, .5, and 1mg doses. I just did this a moment ago: on a 2mg dose, you get one pen which is supposed to last for four doses. 74 clicks was a 2mg dose, according to the pen itself, so 37 clicks was a 1mg dose, and 18 (which is what I took) is a ,5mg dose.
So either find a click counting chart OR count the clicks to 1 mg dose. Say that is 72. Divide in half (36) and unwind the dial and count to 36, make a mark on the dial for the future and 36 clicks to get (approximately) 0.5 mg. Every 0.25mg is 18 clicks. Just so I can document this somewhere, a full pen of any dose has 74 clicks, so the ratios work out the same on every pen. On a 0.5mg one, 74 clicks is the full pen 0.5 mg, 37 clicks for 0.25mg, and 18-19 clicks for 0.125 mg, etc. 74 clicks for 1 mg on a 1 mg pen 74 clicks for 2 mg in a 2 mg pen. My pharmacy had an order for 0.75mg weekly.
