I've been able to troubleshoot this down to just me having this problem - I gave my own code away and that person was able to import my profile correctly. I suspected this was a permissions problem, so I ran r2modman in Administrator mode, but it still wouldn't work. My Windows user is an Administrator.r2modman mods not working.
