Only owned it for a week and was curious if this is normal. When in gear and from a stop - it takes some rpm to get it to engage and when it does its a fairly decent jerk. Not very predictable. I'd worry about weld distortion and keeping the belt contact surface as designed, but given the price I'd consider giving it a shot. I wondering if the one off an early serial number 855D would work.

My current gator is 2022 835R we bought new and really like it but have had 2 issues. One is it always tended to shift plenty hard between gears.
