Seamoth is more useful imo. I used it as my main vehicle for everything right down to it's max depth limit, for everything else I used Cyclops and Seaglide. I basically only ever used the Prawn for going inside the lava castle, and for mining obviously.

I mean on your own, without a machine. I've only reached 350-ish depth so far and everything's okay. I don't quite understand why Seamoth can't go beneath 200 but without Seamoth you can go much deeper, but that's not the question. There has to be an actual depth limit to which you can dive and stay alive, right?
