Why does my dasher app keep saying login error.

When I dash it literally keeps pausing every 3 minutes and I am unable to get any orders. Yesterday I waited in a hotspot for an hour, I drove to different ones to see if it were because of my internet connection, but still it's every 3 minutes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, logging in and out, and refreshed multiple times.
