There are some fights at some of these locations (including the level 27 Treant), so clear the map before you grab the whip. Sep 9, 2021 · The spectre is annoying but the whip itself is also bugged. I left wintersun and went back to drezen for safe rest which removed "slowed-permanent" from the character carrying it. When I returned to Wintersun so did "slowed-permanent". I have now killed the spectre 5 times.
